Our products are designed for personal wellness and self-care, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the product.

We will carefully review the request and ensure that a suitable resolution is provided.

Orders placed via Cash on Delivery are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refunds are issued only in situations where:

• A damaged or defective product has been received
• An incorrect product has been delivered

Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be processed.
